When run through the console, not Visual Studio, xunit occasionally decides to throw "There is no currently active test case" in asynchronous tests.
Until the CI environment has Poppy installed, these tests can only be executed on a local dev environment.

The integration tests will be executed for all CI builds (i.e. master, release branches and pull requests). Anything marked with
[Trait("ci", "false")]will be skipped.At the moment the CI environment doesn't have Poppy installed, so the CDN tests are skipped.
