Description:
Bumps @actions/cache from ^6.1.0 to ^6.2.0 (the 6.x ESM line this action already uses) and rebuilds the vendored dist/ bundles so the new client behavior ships with the action.

Logical changes:

• Update @actions/cache dependency in package.json to ^6.2.0.
• Update package-lock.json (resolves @actions/cache to 6.2.0).
• Rebuild the vendored dist/setup and dist/cleanup bundles via ncc to embed the 6.2.0 client code.

New client behaviors that ship transparently with 6.2.0:

• Honors the ACTIONS_CACHE_MODE env var to skip restore/save when the effective cache-mode disallows it.
• Surfaces a core.warning (instead of failing the run) when the cache service denies a read/write due to token scopes.

Upstream change: published as @actions/cache 6.2.0, from actions/toolkit PR actions/toolkit#2447.
