- Modified .gitignore to exclude nuget packages and .vs directory

Also I've added CustomPath45 and RootPath45 but I do not rename namespaces in these new projects (still 40 in the end of name). Is it necessary? |

Awesome thx for the effort in this PR! Yeah the .NET 4.0 projects aren't necessary anymore and can be removed. |

@mythz I removed binary packages and updated ss to the latest on the current moment.
That's why .gitignore has some modifications but I tested only in VS.NET 2015
Take a note that I changed copyright years in LICENSE.
