This PR addresses multiple user requests to improve the application quality:

  1. Icon Fix: Generated a proper .ico file for Windows builds so the executable (especially the Portable version) has the correct icon.
  2. Size Reduction: Enabled maximum compression and optimized file inclusion rules in package.json.
  3. UI Polish: Enhanced the Sidebar aesthetics with modern blur effects.
  4. Startup Diagnostics: Added logging to verify "Start on Login" behavior.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14122331858485306791 started by @Javaec

- Generated `icon.ico` from `icon.png` to fix missing icons on Windows executables (Portable & Setup).
- Updated `package.json` to use `compression: "maximum"` and let electron-builder handle `node_modules`, significantly reducing installer size.
- Improved Sidebar UI with stronger backdrop blur (`backdrop-blur-md`) and shadows.
- Added diagnostic logging to `electron/main.ts` for "Start on Login" debugging.
