This PR refines the Settings UI based on user feedback requesting a "compact" design and a smarter way to select the check time interval.

Changes:

  • Compact Layout: Reduced padding from p-6 to p-4 and gaps from gap-8 to gap-4. This makes the settings feel less spacious and more efficient.
  • Smart Time Selection: Replaced the raw "seconds" input with a Slider that controls the interval in Minutes (1 to 60). This is a much more intuitive interaction pattern for this type of setting. The UI displays the current value (e.g., "15 min") dynamically.
  • New Component: Added Slider component to the UI library.
  • Verification: Verified frontend changes with Playwright screenshots and confirmed the build passes.

Technical:

  • Settings.tsx logic handles the conversion: Slider (Minutes) <-> State (Seconds).
  • Added @radix-ui/react-slider.

- Reduce padding and margins in `Settings.tsx` to create a denser, more information-rich layout.
- Replace the "Check Interval" numeric input with a Slider component, allowing users to select an interval between 1 and 60 minutes easily.
- Update `Settings.tsx` to convert between UI minutes and backend seconds storage.
- Add `src/components/ui/Slider.tsx` using Radix UI Slider primitive.
- Install `@radix-ui/react-slider` dependency.
- Clean up unused imports.
