🚀 Featured Projects

Orchestra
AI-assisted orchestration framework for structured development workflows

Orchestra is designed to make development workflows more structured, traceable, and repeatable. It focuses on specialist routing, workflow continuity, architecture boundaries, database ownership, documentation discipline, QA validation, and governance checks.

Core ideas:

  • Route tasks to the right specialist
  • Preserve source-of-truth decisions
  • Reduce repeated manual instructions
  • Separate architecture, database, documentation, QA, security, and implementation responsibilities
  • Support safer branch, handoff, and merge workflows

Hivemind
AI workflow and collaboration platform being overhauled for local machine use

Hivemind is being repositioned toward a more open, practical, and locally controlled AI workspace. The new direction focuses on local storage, locally installed open-source AI models, and reduced reliance on internet-based AI services.

💼 Professional Background Overview

Before focusing more heavily on software development and AI workflow systems, I built a strong foundation in communication, troubleshooting, process control, and operational support across BPO, technical support, and legal operations.

Impact Assistant / Legal Operations Support
Legal workflows · document processing · CRM updates · compliance tracking · e-filing · case-related administrative operations

Recognized as an Outstanding Impact Assistant in 2023.

Operations Team Lead & Technical Support SME
Team coaching · escalated technical concerns · service quality support · operational workflow improvement

Customer Service and Technical Support
Billing · account concerns · internet troubleshooting · service issues · customer-facing problem resolution

These experiences shaped how I approach software: not just as code, but as a way to organize work, reduce friction, improve reliability, and build systems people can actually use.
