Design feedback: Soften option chip colors

What

Tones down the foreground colors for orange, purple, pink, and red option chips. They still read as their own color families, but sit more comfortably next to the calmer blue and green chips.

Why

The stronger chip colors were pulling too much attention in dense tables.

Testing Instructions

1. Open a collection with select or multiselect chips in orange, purple, pink, red, blue, and green.
2. Check that the adjusted chips feel less loud in the table.
3. Confirm the labels are still easy to read.
