WHATSAPP TEXT MESSAGE PRIVACY DISCLOSURE

Effective June 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices for how we collect, use, and protect information related to SMS communications and is not intended to modify our main Privacy Policy, which may govern our relationship with you in other contexts.

Through the Text Message Program, we collect information you provide or that is generated through use of the Program, such as your phone number, opt-in/consent status, our outgoing messages to you, and related delivery information. We use this information to transmit mobile messages to you and communicate with you about our services and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS Opt‑in data with third parties for their own marketing or independent purposes. Nonetheless, we may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or a valid government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WhatsApp.

Opting Out of Text Messages

If you no longer want to receive text messages, you may reply to any text message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Your opt-out request will apply to this Program for the sending phone number. After unsubscribing, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out via text message and you will not receive additional text messages from this Program. We may recommence the Text Message Program if you Opt-In again in the future.
