Changes

Fixes .apng file named import in .astro files #17709 by allowing .apng imports to resolve as ImageMetadata with their source, dimensions, and APNG format for use with standard <img> elements.
Keeps APNG out of the supported optimization formats so getImage(), <Image>, and <Picture> report an unsupported format instead of stripping animation.

Testing

Adds a real two-frame APNG fixture and verifies its 2x3 dimensions and apng metadata format.
Covers plain <img> rendering and rejection through getImage(), <Image>, and <Picture>.

Docs

No docs update needed because APNG uses the existing image metadata API and the existing unsupported-format error directs users to a standard <img> element.

I think this should have been a minor. It's something new that Astro couldn't do before.

At the very least, we should document the gotcha, it doesn't seem to be a changeset thing only

I think both are defensible. In the Imports reference, we say that "Images & Assets (.svg, .jpg, .png, etc.)" are supported. Because .etc means other image extensions, we can see this as a patch: something wasn't working as expected.

But, yes, if we do not support all extensions with <Image />, <Picture />, and getImage() it would be helpful to mention in docs what is supported. Maybe in the src reference and add a link on "unsupported image formats" in the "Choosing <Image /> vs <img>" guide?
