Fix for issue CHEF-659

  * using new JSON editor which handles escaped and non escaped characters
  * JSON editor can load and refresh contents while editing the node
  * attribute search
  * much faster rendering
  * uses JQuery and JSON2 libs

Supporting Code:
Views in the slice can throw content to header_content to add view specific header includes.
